Community Challenge Weekend - SE FoodBank

This year, the HRALA will be working with SE FoodBank of Virginia as part of our annual community challenge weekend.

To help those in need tackle their every day challenges, the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) created its Community Challenge Weekend (CCW) program in 1999. The mission of CCW is to encourage ALA chapters, its members, firms, vendors, relatives and friends to come together to contribute time, energy and resources toward improving their own communities.

2 ways to participate

1.) Volunteer to Work Saturday, October 8th.

If you would like to participate as a volunteer please register to attend the event here on our website. Registration is open to anyone and we encourage you to bring volunteers along with you.

2.) Make a Donation Online

A safe and easy way make a one time donation or set up a recurring donation. For every dollar you donate, we can provide about 3 complete, nutritious meals, so your donation of $50, for instance, would help us provide up to 150 meals to those in need in our community. You can designate your donation for a specific fund or purpose as well as make a donation on behalf of or in memory of another person. Please click here to donate online.
